ICT K-4 Projector Use Session

Course Summary

Thanks to the priority of ICT in our division, teachers are gaining more access to projectors.  In our session, we tried to show some potential uses of projectors in the primary classroom including powerpoint game reviews, projecting educational DVDs, projecting pictures from the internet as springboards for student writing, and just researching on the internet in a teacher facilitated manner.  We also tried to give a supportive environment to practice setting up a projector, and some strategies for troubleshooting.  Below you will find the attachments for the session, as well as a short handout I made on using the new features in Internet Explorer.  We hope these will be useful to you.
